Leave Module
 
Automatic computation of entitlement and earned leave.
User defined automatic adjustment of entitlement by years of service.
User defined validation of related leave (e.g No Pay Leave can be taken only after Earned Annual Leave & Advance Leave have been consumed).
User defined automatic extension to other leave type (eg, Annual leave application will be extended to No Pay Leave if all Earned Annual Leave & Advance Leave if the company allows have been used up).
Automatic computation of reimbursement, encashment and payback.
Automatic computation of leave balances.
Automatic generation of interface to payroll.
Handles group application of leave (e.g plant shut down).
User defined automatic handling of cross year leave application.
Allows for override of leave policy set under company level at individual employee level
Medical Benefits Module
 
On-line computation of Medical Payment amount to be paid by the company to clinics/ hospitals appointed by the company.
On-line computation of Medical Reimbursements amount to be paid by the company to the employees for hospitalisation/ medical expenses incurred. For hospitalisation expenses, this computation is strictly based on the CPF Guideline concerning the use of Medisave & Medishield Accounts.
Batch payroll interface with PAYmaster Payroll Module for medical claims amount to be reimbursed to employees or the claim amount to be recovered from the employees for exceeding the maximum limit.
On-line computation and display of the Balance Amount the employees are entitled to claim for medical treatments after every data entry is input.
Capping of Medical Expenses based on each Medical Plan Code.
On-line enquiry on Employee Medical Record which can be sorted based on:
1. Employee Type
2. Job Category
3. Job Grade
On-line Re-computation of the new Balance Amount the employees are entitled to claim for medical treatments even if the maximum limit has been changed by user in the middle of the year.
The period for which the Medical, Hospitalisation and Dental entitlement can be defined by user whereas most system is hardcoded to follow the calendar period even if some companies prefer to use financial period.
  No limits to the numbers of Employee Medical Plans. For example:
1. Outpatient/ Inpatient
2. Hospitalisation Plan
3. Maternity Plan
4. Insurance Plan
5. Surgical Plan and so forth
  For each plan, user can define:
1. The Medical Benefits offered under each plan
2. The maximum entitlements/limits for each Medical Benefit for both the employees and their family members.
