PAYmaster Payroll Software is designed to handle payroll requirements ranging from simple issues in smaller companies to complex ones that are normally found in larger organizations. Our user-base consists of companies with employee size ranging from 10 to over 3,000 employees. All our users operate on one single common version of the software, which facilitates support and product enhancement. ePayslip
  ePayslip system allows users to send the payslips electronically via email to selected or all employees. ePayslips are sent to employees in PDF File Format which employee will need an unique password to access file content.
eLeave
  eLeave System is designed to allow and support on-line leave inquiry and leave applications by employees via either Email mechanism, Internet & Intranet or a Web Browser.
Integrated with the Back-end Leave Module, HR Department can now focus on their core HR functions rather than manually keying in the Leave Forms submitted by employees.
Payroll Processing
  PAYmaster is able to handle either Monthly-rated, Hourly-rated, Daily-rated, Weekly-rated or Fortnightly-paid employees including expatriates or contract staff belonging to one company or many companies under the same group all in the same database.
It allows computation of salaries and the corresponding CPF amount, correctly for payments that spanned across 2 months especially for those who joined after the payday. It also computes fixed allowances and deductions for employees who worked an incomplete month.
Proposed by the Government to implement Monthly Variable Component (MVC), PAYmaster allows companies to set their User-Definable Table basing on Individual Company Policies.
Handling non-recurring (onetime) deductions or allowances such as petty cash claims that can be based on amount entered such as Commission or AUTOMATIC computations such as :
 
Overtime Payment computed based on numbers of OT hours input or imported
Mileage Claims computed based on numbers of miles travelled
Shift Allowance computed based on numbers of shifts worked
Trip Incentives based on numbers of trips travelled
Long Service Award or Bonus or Retrenchment Benefits computed based on service length or other measures defined by the user
Service Allowance computed based on Service Points
Payroll Reports
  PAYmaster provides the full set of standard statutory reports required by the relevant authority either on a monthly or yearly basis.
User can define their own sorting sequence, organisation structure and cost centre during printing. With that, report printing is also tied to security access level which different reports printed out by different authorised access to PAYmaster.
PAYmaster also has a powerful Report Writing Tool, Report Writer, which enable users to generate their own Ad hoc reports for either Management Reporting, Bonus/ Salary Forecasting purposes, Manpower Headcount & Analysis Report for manpower forecasting & planning for newly-joined employees, confirmed employees, foreign workers and so forth.
All these generated Ad hoc reports can also be exported to MS Words, MS Excel for further manipulation as well!
